What is a Human Design reading?

A Human Design reading is a personalized guide to understanding your unique energy blueprint. It combines insights from astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and the chakra system to reveal your strengths, decision-making style, and how you naturally interact with the world.

Using your birth date, time, and location, a Human Design chart (also called a Body Graph) is created, highlighting your energy centers and type. During a reading, we interpret this chart to help you:

Spiritual life coaching is a personalized coaching approach that combines traditional life coaching techniques with a focus on spirituality and personal growth. A spiritual life coach helps clients connect more deeply with their inner selves, values, and life purpose, offering guidance to navigate challenges, make meaningful changes, and achieve a sense of balance and fulfillment. Unlike religious counseling, spiritual life coaching is not tied to any specific belief system and is open to people of all spiritual backgrounds.

Participants may sit or lie down comfortably while experiencing the sounds, often finding the experience deeply soothing, with many reporting feelings of peace, clarity, or emotional release. A Reiki healing session is a gentle, non-invasive practice aimed at promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and encouraging overall well-being.

During a session, a Reiki practitioner uses light touch or hovers their hands just above the body to guide energy flow and remove any perceived blockages within the body's energy fields. The practice is based on the belief that balancing this energy can support the body’s natural healing processes.

Distance reiki sessions can be held online and in-person reiki sessions are held in a calm, comfortable setting. Many people find Reiki to be deeply relaxing, and while everyone’s experience is unique, some report feelings of warmth, tingling, or peace during and after the session. Reiki can be used alongside other therapies as a complementary approach to wellness.
